Description
This is the first wizard that is used once the cDNA plate has been registered as completed. The wizard should be used to assign barcodes to each sample on the bioplate. A default layout will be available. The wizard should create child extracts (library) without creation date or bioplates to indicate that the process has not yet been completed.
