Generate lab protocol for cDNA -> Library preparation

This is the second wizard in the cDNA to Library processing group of wizards (see #423).

The protocol is needed before the actual lab work is started. The lab protocol should include the following information:

• Name of library
• Work plate position
• Name of TruSeq adaptor
