Description (last modified by )
This is the firstwizard in the cDNA to Library processing group of wizards (see #423).
The wizard is used once the cDNA plate has been registered as completed. The wizard should be used to assign barcodes to each sample on the bioplate. A default layout will be available. The wizard should create child extracts (library) and a bioplate (library) without creation date.

The wizard now use the real barcode objects and it can use the pre-defined layouts. Added checks for missing barcodes. Registration is allowed to proceed if all cDNA items has barcodes and library items are created. Support for manually setting barcodes has yet to be implemented.

Use missing BARCODE_VARIANT annotation to find cDNA plates for the barcode layout wizard (instead of checking for child library extracts).
Create child library bioplate and place the library extracts using the regular scheme (eg. without creation date).

(In [1806]) References #456: Barcode layout wizard
Started with the barcode layout wizard. We need to support more alternate barcoding schemes than we first thought. This should also be reflected in the original RNA selection wizard. Primarily as a visual guideline but the choice made there should be remembered and used by the barcode layout wizard. The barcode layout wizard should have support for selecting a different scheme or manual modifications.
