Register HE glass when one histology item is missing

Description

Normally there are 5 histology items on a single paraffin block which are used to create 5 stained items on a HE glass with the HE glass registration wizard. The wizard has a check and gives an error message if there are not 5 items.

Recently, we discovered a case where there were only 4 items on the paraffin block due to a retraction of consent.

The wizard should be updated to also work with this case.

It may also affect the HE scoring wizard.

It seems like the HE scoring wizard works without modification.
