Description
This will happen some time in the future. The ticket is added here since BASE 3.19 has updated Apache POI to 5.0.0 and Reggie is currently using 4.1.2. So, we need to update Apache POI at the same time as we update BASE. Also, the commons-io-1.4.jar is probable not needed. It was added in [5297] (Reggie 4.22). The code that required it was removed in [5371] (Reggie 4.23).
