Updating to Reggie 4.3

1. Before updating!

Do not update if there are any mRNA or NeoPrep library plates in progress. The new implementation of the dilution calculations (#875) may cause incorrect results in the lab protocols for mRNA/Library plates created with Reggie 4.2.

2. After updating

• Set the LibPrepTarget annotation to either Manual or NeoPrep for all normalization protocols. Also make sure that the RNATargetAmount and RNATargetVolume is set for the protocols. RNAMinimalAmount is optional.
• Check the project default items and make sure that one protocol of each type (Manual/NeoPrep) is included as a default item. These protocols are used by default by the "Library preparation design" wizards.
