Description
Merge on genesymbol. Some reporters have a list of genesymbols separated with some char. Merge alla spots whose list contains one of the symbols specifyed by the user.
Parameters
- Annotationvalues, a list of values to merge on
- Separator, the separator of the genesymbols
Question What to do with overlapps? Print a waring an halt
Choosing new reporterId: Identical match - choose one None identical match - choose reporter with most annotation information
