Description

Draw a qqplot for each assay and describe everyting in a htmlfile Use functions in R. qqplot(), qqline(), ...

  1. Export M per position serial
  2. Create a qqplot for each assay using aanorm
  3. Calculate mean, median and SD for each assay
  4. Create index.html
