Add annotations for lot numbers in the DNA/RNA/FlowThrough registration

We would like to keep track of the lot numbers for some reagents used in the lysis and extraction step.

Once a list of annotations has been defined the following changes should be made:

• The lab protocol should include fields for writing down the lot numbers.
• The second step of the "DNA/RNA/FlowThrough registration" should have input fields for the annotations.
• In the last step it should be possible to set different values for some of the annotations per sample.

Lot numbers used in the lysis step are saved as annotations on the Lysate item. Lot numbers used in the extraction step are saved as annotation on the DNA, RNA and FlowThrough items.
