Update extensions to target Java 1.7 and BASE 3.3

Some extensions have already made this move:

• Mev
• Yubikey
• Print

Existing extensions that are still on Java 1.6 and earlier BASE version.

• Ftp server
• Examples (is on BASE 3.3, but not Java 1.7)
• Hdfs
• Reggie (see #578)
• Illumina
• Normalizers

Other extensions in the repository are old and no longer maintained.

I guess that if there are no other changes to a package a new release is not required just because of this. But I still think it is best to move the trunk version forward so this work is not forgotten in the future.
