This is the second wizard in the cDNA to Library processing group of wizards (see #423).

The protocol is needed before the actual lab work is started. The lab protocol should include the following information:

  • Name of library
  • Work plate position
  • Name of TruSeq adaptor

(In [1814]) References #456 and #457. Added support for manually setting barcodes. Check for duplicate barcodes in the same pool. Added list- and plate-view protocols for library preparation.
