Description
Some reggie wizards generate a long page and the user is forced to scroll vertically in order to be able to see and enter all information. This is a bit user-unfriendly and should be avoided if possible. For example, the 'DNA/RNA/FlowThrough registration' wizard (see #386) uses an approach were one a single step is displayed at a time. A legend is used to give an overview of the complete wizard and it is possible to see the old steps by clicking in the legend. This wizard also uses a table-like approach in the last step instead of a list-like approach used by the other wizards.
The wizards that can be improved are:
- Specimen tube registration
- Partition wizard
- Create aliquots on Bioanalyzer/Caliper plates wizard

(In [1658]) References #392: Redesign reggie wizards that result in long pages
The RNAQC wizard has been updated. It will also auto-suggest plate coordinates for all extracts without the user having to tab through the entire table.
The NanoDrop wizard has some minor adjustments to create a more common look.

The most critical wizards have been fixed. The specimen tube registration should be ok if there is only 1 or 2 tubes.
