Remove the default reference date from the JSON importer

Description

If the JSON importer can't find any "starting" date in the JSON file (eg. sampling date) it will select a date that is 500 days ago. Since we have stopped importing several dates (see #1461 and #1474) it means that most JSON files will get the date 500 days ago which is not so meaningful.
