Description

The latest information we have is that the values in the JSON files are from different events that are not the same as the information on the referral form. Until that is fixed we think it is better to not import this from the JSON files since it needs to checked/fixed manually in any case.

The dates can't be used and the code has been removed in #1474 [7094].
