See also #1478 and #1481.

This wizard should register the result of moving the sample tubes. It should be possible to mark tubes as missing (in which case we should set the remaining quantity of the item to 0).

We have not yet decided how to handle extra tubes that was not mentioned in the Excel file.

Started to implement the registration wizard for moving samples. It should be possible to fill in all information in the form, but the actual registration is not yet implemented.
