Lab protocol for moving samples between transport and storage boxes

We will have item lists that represents a single transport box. The items in the item list should already have a registered place in a storage box. The protocol should display a 9x9 grid that represents the new storage box (we do not have information about the exact location in the transport box). The protocol should include the Clarity ID and the SCAN-B id (first 7 digits). The tubes are labeled with the Clarity ID on the top and with the Clarity ID+SCAN-B id on the side.

The protocol should allow the user to mark a successful move, a missing tube, and if there are any extra tubes that was not mentioned in the Excel fil.

Some layout changes to the protocol header. Use the "ExternalRef" for the box name if it exists. Added field for recording Clarity ID of any extra tubes found in the box.
