Implement a nice viewer for result and log files

Log files and other result files from the secondary analysis often have mixed output with text information and some data tables (eg. Picard). It would be nice to have a viewer that can re-format the files so that tabular data is viewed as a table. This would make it a lot easier to align headers with data (again, mostly needed in Picard output files, but may be nice also for other types of files).

The viewer should be available in the "View files" dialog in manual confirmation wizards and also in the regular BASE pages as extra icons in file lists.
