Replace the column blacklist with a whitelist

Instead of having a blacklist of columns that should be blanked when converting information for patients that are not included in SCAN-B, we should have a whitelist of columns. All columns that are not in the whitelist should be blanked. The whitelist should contain the following columns:

  • PAT_ID
  • a_inr_sjhkod
