The "Personal information registration" wizard should be able to update more information on Specimen items

When specimen tubes are received by the lab some of the information is registered by "Specimen tube registration" wizard and some information is registered by the "Personal information registration" wizard.

Some information can already be registered by both wizards, for example:

• Laterality
• Sampling date
• RNA later date

It would be nice to be able to check and modify more of the information that was registered in the "Specimen tube registration" wizard also in the "Personal information registration" wizard:

• Biopsy type
• Other path note
• Specimen type
• Operator delivery comment

It would also be nice if the first step could display information if there are existing specimen tubes already or not immediately after the referral form id has been entered. It should not be too difficult since this information is already retrieved from the server.
