Description
This will be implemented in BASE 2.8. See http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/1050. The MEV Launcher can only work with data that is located in the database and should be disabled in case no data is available.

The fix was easier than expected, we only need to check if there are any spots in the database. This works with BASE 2.7 as well.
