Description

This layout should use the 6 center columns.

There should also be 3 barcode sets to use in the "Assign barcodes to cDNA plate" wizard: A-B-C, B-C-A, C-A-B

  • A = barcodes 1-8, 9-16
  • B = barcodes 18-27, 1-8
  • C = barcodes 9-16, 18-27
