BASE 3.3 will most likely be released before Reggie 2.16 and there are some new useful feature that we should implement:

  • #515: Store sequence for barcodes as annotations on tags
  • #539: Set "Disable log" flag on some annotation types
  • #560: Use annotations on Histology work list to indicate progress
  • #571: Update Reggie to new scripting pattern (first step)
  • #579: Store serial number of sequencers as annotations on hardware items

Remove stuff not needed anymore.

  • onsubmit=return false on <form> elements
  • border, cellspacing and cellpadding on table elements
