Modified the release exporter so that data is saved in tab-separated files instead of in the script files.

Added finalize.sh script that can be used to set access permissions and dates on all released files.

Added support for syncing multiple files in parallel. The default is to use 3 threads. This can be changed by editing the generated rsync.sh script.

Fixes some minor issues in the script. Group permissions was missing but should now be correct.
