Description

If the manifest is missing information about FASTQ files a warning is currently generated, but this file is allowed to be imported. This is a bad idea since it will not be possible to continue processing without manually register the missing information. It is better to generate an error-level message that is preventing the import and fix the problems in the manifest file.

Also include the CeGaT_ID in the error message.

Also added possibility to comment out a line by adding # as the first character.
