Return results for all genotypes when the query include af, vd or dp fields
The targeted genotypes index include both variants (0/1, 1/1) and 0/0 genotypes. In most cases a query will only return results for variants (see [6380]). The exception is if the query include the gt: term. It would be useful to extend the exception to other fields that are related to the data for the individual sample as opposed to data fields that are related to the gene or gene annotations. The fields are: allele frequency (af:), depth (dp:) and variant depth (vd:).
