Updating to Reggie 2.15.1

The following items should be performed after updating to Reggie 2.15.1.

1. Annotate existing FlowCell items with FlowCellType annotation

1. Go to View->Physical bioassays.
2. Make an export of all flow cell items. Include at least the Name and FlowCellType columns.
3. Open the exported file in an editor and add HiSeq in the FlowCellType column for all items.
4. Use the Annotation importer with the modified file to set the annotation for all flow cells.
