The import is currently triggered automatically after Cufflinks has been completed.

The import step has been removed. The job will end up in the "Confirm feature extraction" wizard (no matter if the auto-confirm options is selected or not). No actions are automatically selected since the confirm wizard assume that raw data has been imported.

The "Confirm feature extraction" wizard has been re-designed to check if there is a FPKM file instead of raw data count.

The auto-confirm service is now accepting Cufflinks jobs without imported raw data. It will trigger the report generation step if a FPKM file is found.
