- Section titles ("Nya rapporter", etc) should be aligned to top instead of bottom.
- The text when a report is missing should use "SCAN-B lab" instead of only "SCAN-B".
- Include a footnote with version number. It is desirable to have a separate version number sequence for the delivery client.

This change aligns the section headers to the top. Seemed a bit problematic at first since the rotation is upwards and the text was overwriting whatever was above the section. Specifying the text to be 'right-to-left' direction made it go downwards instead. Firefox, Edge and Chrome seems to agree on this so I hope it is just not a CSS glitch that just happens to work...
