Description
If there is a *.dil item for a Library it is displayed instead of the actual Library. A side effect is that the wizard doesn't find the raw bioassay or pilot report.

(In [3863]) Fixes #878: The YellowLabel wizard display Library *.dil items instead of Library items
Add a filter so that only items with a bioplate location are loaded. This should get rid of the *.dil items.
