See also #858. Turned out that 12.5µl was not practical since it was difficult to take all without introducing air bubbles.
The new target volume should be 15µl. However in the end, only 12.5µl is going into the NeoPrep, but that is happening outside of BASE.
Note: In the future it might be better to use protocol annotations for this (similar to how the pre-normalization) works.
