See also #858. Turned out that 12.5µl was not practical since it was difficult to take all without introducing air bubbles.
The new target volume should be 15µl. However in the end, only 12.5µl is going into the NeoPrep, but that is happening outside of BASE. Since not all of the 15µl is used we need to correct the amount of RNA so that the 12.5µl that is used still contains 100ng. We need 120ng in 15µl.
Note: In the future it might be better to use protocol annotations for this (similar to how the pre-normalization) works.

Updated the taget volume and added a section for displaying this in the wizard (to the right of the amount input boxes).
