Highlight YellowLabel specimen in sample processing wizards

Partition wizard It should be visible in the selection list which specimen that have the YellowLabel annotation. A warning message should be displayed if not all such specimen are selected.

Extraction wizard It should be visible in the selection list which specimen that have the YellowLabel annotation. The default selection should include as many such specimen as possible.

RNA normalization and QC wizards Just highlight the YellowLabel specimen. No special selection rules are needed.

Updated the "Partiotion wizard" to indicate which specimen that have YellowLabel annotations. A warning system has not yet been implemented.

The lab protocol wizard and extraction registration wizard has been updated to highlight YellowLabel specimen. The automatic selection of lysates have been modified to select YellowLabel specimen before those without YellowLabel. If there are any "reserved items" (see [3469]) the YellowLabel is ignored and only the reserved items are selected.
