Remove LabEnv references to Reggie — at Initial Version

Description
LabEnv uses some css and javascript files from old versions of Reggie, but these should be renamed, to avoid confusion. Eventually these files should be cleared from Reggie-specific resources, that are not used in LabEnv. Resource names in these files referring to Reggie should also be changed to refer to LabEnv instead.
Disclaimer: This does in no way change the fact that much of the user interface and functionality in LabEnv was inspired by Reggie.
