Description
The NeoPrep track that was implemented some time ago (#764) assumes that the libraries end up normalized to a specific concentration. Unfortunately the NeoPrep seems to have problems with this step so it was decided to do this manually instead. Basically this means that we need to run Qubit and Caliper more or less as for the manual track. In theory the existing wizards should be able to do what we need but may need some minor adjustments.
We need the Qubit and Caliper files that are needed for registering and running Caliper. Since the NeoPrep library plate is a 2x8 instead of a 12x8 plate used by Caliper we may need to do some remapping of plate coordinates.

(In [3725]) References #835: Manual normalization with NeoPrep
The "Lab protocols for NeoPrep library preparation" has been extended with support for downloading Qubit and Caliper configuration files. Coordinates are not remapped which means that the libraries must be placed in columns A and B when running Caliper.
The "Library registration" wizard has been updated with support for NeoPrep plates. The main difference is that "dilution date" and "NeoPrep date" are entered instead of "amplification date" and "cleanup date". Qubit and Caliper data files are expected to be the same as for manual library preparation. Calculations for molarity, etc. assume that libraries are 10µl.
