This is part 1 of #771.
The specimen tube registration wizard should allow zero, one or more samples to be selected as the YellowLabel sample.

Selected Yellow label samples are highlighted in the "Pathology referral form registration" wizard. It would be good to add the functionality of setting (or changing) "Yellow label" status in "Pathology referral form registration" wizard. This would enable the patient curator to verify, change, or set Yellow label status when the referral form is reviewed and registered.

Added a "Yellow label" check box in the specimen tube registration wizard. Selected samples are also highlighted in the "Pathology referral form registration" wizard.
