More or less the same as #795 and #796 but in this case we check the "genereport.pdf" link.

(In [3420]) Fixes #798: Display thumbnail of gene report pdf in raw bioassays list and view page

The action factories needed a small redesign to make it possible to specify some parameters (such as link name, etc.) in the extensions.xml file. Now it should be relatively easy to add similar columns to other list pages as well.
