Description
It would be nice to have some help buttons here and there in Reggie. We could start by adding help buttons in the "Flagged RNA" wizard and the "Partition wizard". Once we have some text we should can start thinking of how to get this into the installation wizard. It should be relatively easy considering that all functionality is already in the BASE core.
