Description
Draw a qqplot for each assay and describe everyting in a htmlfile Use functions in R. qqplot(), qqling(), ...
- Export M per position seriallt
- Create a qqplot for each assay using aanorm
- Calculate mean, median and SD for each assay
- Create index.html
