The PDF generating library (​http://www.itextpdf.com/) that we plan to use for #674 is released under the Affero General Public License (AGPL).

The main difference between this license and GPL is that it puts extra requirements for using the program over a network (eg. using the program via a web server counts as conveying the program and entitles the user to be granted access to the source code). It is nothing that we don't do already, so there should not be any issues.
