Auto-detect tab or comma in Caliper-files

Description
It is not uncommon that Caliper Well table files need to be manually "fixed". In the process of doing so it is easy to switch from comma-separated to tab-separated files. The current implementation in Reggie only accepts comma-separated files.
It would be nice if Reggie could use the header line to detect if tab or comma is used as a separator, and then use that when parsing the rest of the file.
