Description
Due to changed workflow in the lab it would be nice to have a new wizard: RNA dilution registration.
It should sit between the Lab protocols for mRNA and cDNA preparation and mRNA registration and quality control results. It should register:
- Dilution date and operator
- Comments
The same fields should be removed from the mRNA registration and quality control results wizard.
In the first implementation we do not allow registering a failure in this step. If the dilution step fails, it should be registered as normal and the the mRNA registration and quality control results should be used to register the failure.
The selection list for the RNA dilution registration wizard should include plates without a dilution date annotation. The selection list for the mRNA registration and quality control results should include plates with
a dilution date.
The Lab protocols for mRNA and cDNA preparation wizard should include plates both with and without a dilution date but it should indicate which plates that have already been dilution and if a lab protocol is printed this information should already be filled in.

The lab protocol wizard now display dilution date and operator if it exists.
The mRNA registration wizard now only list plates that has a dilution date set and the dilution date/operator has been removed from that wizard.
Added link to the new wizard on the index page. The counters have been updated to count only plates with/without dilution date.
