Flag histology items in HE glass/scoring wizard

Description

There are currently a few cases where the embedding of a histology sample failed and no matter how many glass slides that are created it will not produce any GoodStain samples. The HE glass wizard can currently not be used since it requires that at least one sample is marked as GoodStain.

The wizard should be updated to allow registration of failed stains. One idea is that '0' is an allowed value which sets a flag on the 'Histology' item and also add it to the 'Flagged Histology' list (to be created).

The scoring wizard must also be able to handle this case (that no stain is good) and also to revoke the GoodStain on a sample without moving it to another sample.

(In [2242]) References #577: Flag histology items in HE glass/scoring wizard

The "Register HE glass" wizard has been updated to allow '0' as flag that indicates that no good stain could be created for a sample.

The wizard can also be used later to unflag the sample by manually selecting the same paraffin block and enter a non-zero value for good stain.

The scoring wizard now support unchecking the GoodStain option without selecting a new one. Histology items are automatically added to or removed from the Flagged histology list depending on if a good stain exists or not.

Added comment field for each histology item in the HE glass wizard.

Use a 'flag' icon instead of 'warning' icon to indicate that histology items are flagged when no good stain is selected.
