Description

This is the second wizard in the pooling and flow cell processing group of wizards (#478).

Once the pools have been created this should be registered. Don't know if there is any data to be imported or automatically generated at this point.

We should at least track the remaining quantity of the pools since everything is not used in a single flow cell.

Preliminary registration form which only register the date, protocol and comments. May need to discuss if there is other information to store (freezer location, etc).

Do not show form until information about pools have been loaded. Limit for 10µl mix is 1µl.
