Description
Illumina expression background correction (version 1.7)
When configured to Save background information (set to TRUE) the plugin return an error reporting that it fails to get permission to access the specified Experiment directory.
Looking at the code it seems as if the plugin ask for permission for experiment and job but does not ask for permissions required to read and write to directory for saving the background information file.
When configured not to Save background information (set to FALSE) the plugin runs as expected.
A workaround for fixing this bug is for an admin to configure the plugin definition (via BASE interface) so that the plugin get the needed permissions in this way.
