Description
The Caliper wizards assume that all RNA aliquots are tested with either the 'standard' or 'hisense' option. In the resulting well table CSV file, there will be only one measurement for each sample.
A new use case has now appeared. For some (low-concentation?) extracts it may be that the 'standard' option doesn't give any good measurements and it would then be useful to include the same extract also in the 'hisense' run. It's quite easy to manually change this in the Caliper software, but as of know we do not know how this affects the CSV file.
This need to be checked and then we should decide how to handle this case in the RQS importer or if we should not support this at all.
