Description
BASE 3.1 has a new and updated GUI. See http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/1655
While the launcher still work in BASE 3.1 without changes, tests show that the GUI is also affected and user satisfaction may become lower. The two popup dialogs are a bit "ugly".
