Create replicates with more then 2 spots

• Find all spots and create all possible replicates.
  • 2 spots -> 1 replicate
  • 3 spots -> 3 replicates
  • 4 spots -> 6 replicates
• Treat each replicate as a unique replicate when calculating mean and standart deveation.
• Keep every spot that is part of at least one good replicate. A good replicate is one that dosen't that is inside the sd limit.
