Supply plug-in configuration files for MicroRNA files

Description
The package ships with default configurations for BGX files. The configuration also matches the MicroRNA BGX file in the auto-detection phase but fails with the error message: Column 'Symbol' not found in column headers.
A new configuration is needed for the MicroRNA files. It would be good if this configuration doesn't match the regular BGX files.
