Description
The Illumina package instructions should outline how to remove the standard 'Illumina' type from a BASE installation. If the 'Illumina' associated tables are not used then simply remove the illumina entry in the raw data definition/configuration XML file. One could even remove it just to forget about the 'Illumina' data.
