Release exporter changes due to WGS Structural variants

Description
The structural variant calling items will not be picked up by the regular variant call exporter.
They have some different files and annotations:
- Files that should be included are all somatic* files and other files derived from them (eg. bedpe, pdf).
- All annotation with relevant information
- Software
